Rob has been based in Leeds for 16 years, and is one of the founders of The Imaginarium, having used part of the original space to build a green room for live streams and podcasts.

As a journalist he has interviewed everyone from legendary DJs such as Craig Richards and the late Andrew Weatherall to bands like The Cribs and Cast. Right now Rob is working on his own podcast series alongside Welcome to Leeds and he has so far invited DJ Paulette, Ralph Lawson, Irvine Welsh and Dave Beer to feature on the show. He has also has worked globally on festivals and events such as Exit, Miami Art Basel, and more through his work as Accounts Director with Jukebox.

Rob also runs his own record label, Catch Recordings with Brett Osborne (Nadsat). In addition to their regular releases, the pair also host parties, and have recently invited Mariin and Ste Roberts as their guests at The Imaginarium.
