The Imaginarium is a Leeds based community interest company focusing on music, visual art, and creative writing. In our previous space we were also a grassroots music venue and home to Plant & Deck, our sister record shop, and a base for NARR Radio. A decision by the planning department of Leeds City Council forced us to leave this space in July 2025 and we are currently raising funds to secure a new home.

We are an artist-led collective, and as DJs, artists, and promoters ourselves, our aim is to provide Leeds with a safe and welcoming place for people to connect, create and be inspired by their surroundings.

In our previous space, we hosted parties, spoken word events, DJ sets at Plant & Deck, art exhibitions, art and music workshops, yoga classes, open decks nights, and more.

We have recently launched our own record label, and our first release - a four track VA - is available from Monday 3rd November.

We continue to host events, and will be throwing a party at The Goose, London on November 8th, and at Club Eiger in Leeds on December 12th.

Our friend Charli Kelsall launched a fundraiser for us earlier this year, and we would like to thank everyone who has made a donation.
